If I should choose one of physical and sedate. I perfer sedate. Many of my friends can not believe that I am a quiet person, but they don't know me deeply. I am really out-going but I seldom play outside or hiking, biking in the mountain. However, I am a person who likes staying at home and doing some indoor entertainment at home.
My mom says that I am a lazy girl because I will never choose stairs if there is escalator in the shopping mall. Sometimes, I also want to go out with my friends and do some exercises outdoor but most of the time I don’t have the passion for any sports. I really prefer watching television, listening to the music, surfing on the Internet at home than going outside for sweaty workout. After we finish the school stuff, I enjoy relaxing in my room or chatting with my family. Besides, I like watching movie, playing the piano and reading a book more thus there is no need for me to go out. I think a person needs some quiet quality time for meditation. I am the person who needs that kind of time. I don’t work out doesn’t necessarily mean I don’t like sports. I enjoy watching all the games especially basketball and hockey. I think watching the games and cheering for the players onsite is also a great way to get involved in these games.
Oh gee, I guess to each her own! I think a good balance of activity and sedentary activities is ideal of course. However, I'm not your mom! Hope you do read about the brain research out there on how exercise and activity improves learning and brain power.
